Scope Of Work
In just 16 short months, demolition of the existing old clubhouse and new construction of an incredibly modern Clubhouse located 1,000 feet above the valley floor was completed! BIGHORN was ready to impress with its 80,000 square foot breathtaking Clubhouse which encompasses Four Private Luxury Penthouses - providing 5,000+ square feet each and offers the ultimate in a concierge lifestyle. This project entailed the use of Two Million Pounds of Structural Steel, One Million Pounds of Rebar, 95,000 Cubic Feet of Concrete, and so much more.
Leaving nothing to the imagination, this ultra-exclusive Golf Club in Palm Desert incorporates exceptional amenities, magnificent surrounding views of the mountains, valleys, and an artfully designed 18-hole golf course under the picturesque blue sky.
