Scope Of Work
Materra Cunat is located in the Oak Knoll District of the Napa Valley. The winery, which is surrounded by five acres of vines, includes a tasting room, wine library, barrel storage, wine laboratory, and fermentation area. Inside the wine library, a glass floor calls the attention of the visitor to the symbiosis of the wine-earth relationship. The minimalist design relies on clean lines and simple concrete flooring to create a bright open-plan layout. Annual wine production from this facility is 60,000 cases per year.
