Scope Of Work
The software company Citrix is relocating its headquarters to downtown Raleigh. A former steel warehouse is being converted into a 4-story office building with a new 6-story parking garage. The new facility will be outfitted with the latest technology including a rooftop garden, yoga studio, and indoor/outdoor dining area, while retaining its original industrial urban style. This project will help to stimulate the stagnant district.
