Black Out Construction LLC is a Owner/Operator company where the owner is working and overseeing every single job on-site. Most companies have the owner managing projects over the phone speaking to their project managers to over see their projects, while that is perfectly fine I would rather be working hand in hand with my team over seeing every step of the projects to ensure nothing but the most top quality on each and every project. While this may lead me to not be able to take on many projects at a time but I am able to work with my team on each project providing the best service.

I have found that with being able to be on each project working with many different GCs face to face I am able to quickly develop trust in my quality of work which in return has provided me with success in my business. I have been to school to work on my equipment so I do not have to rely on a service company for my repairs if needed on equipment. I got started in this industry and quickly it became my passion for concrete restoration. Being able to turn something so bleak, bare, boring, beat up, plain, and turn it into a work of art that is the show piece of a store whether they are selling a product, service, or a show room floor brings us nothing but the most satisfying achievement.
