Ace Avant is ​Headquartered in North Carolina, our team has constructed hundreds of millions of square feet of industrial floors, tilt-up wall panels, concrete paving, building upfits and specialty surface treatments in over 20 states since 1990.

Our Specialty Division is well into its second decade of servicing projects with craftsman-level certified concrete polishing, resinous coatings, cutting/coring, floor joint repair, and slab stabilization. We provide building up-fits including docks, ramps, freezer repairs, and exterior concrete improvements.

Ace Avant first distinguished itself from the competition with the introduction of the Somero Laser Screed®. Dave Somero is the inventor and developer of the Somero Laser Screed® that revolutionized the concrete construction industry in the early 90s. The same passion, innovation and drive that fueled the creation of the Laser Screed® is still at the core of every project Ace Avant undertakes today.

Today our Concrete and Site Divisions include over 300 qualified, skilled employees, offering clients an impressively diversified experience base. Our unique team allows us to offer complete site and concrete construction services, starting a job with raw land and carrying it through to a completed concrete structure.
