MODSET, founded in 2021 as a B-1 licensed general contractor, specializes in on-site modular installation, logistics, and general contracting for multi-family affordable and market rate housing projects. As of 2024, MODSET team members have set and installed an aggregate of over 30,000 modules and counting. Recognizing a growing demand for construction management services alongside modular installations, MODSET has expanded its portfolio by leveraging its general contractor's license. This strategic move allows MODSET to offer comprehensive services, covering everything from shipping and craning to installation and structural fastening of modular units, for a turnkey delivery of modular buildings.
