Holtz Builders, Inc.

Holtz Builders was established in 1993 by Tom and Marv Holtz. We started our journey in Reedsburg and transitioned to Lake Delton in 2016 to better meet the needs of our customers.

 We’re a family-owned, general contractor that specializes in turnkey commercial projects and are also skilled in custom residential homes, multi-family and employee housing, and tourist rides as well as attractions. We are a strong supporter of our community, serving others with food drives, Sleep in Heavenly Peace projects, and other charitable events.

If you’ve visited Wisconsin Dells, you’ve seen some of our nationally award winning projects like Take Flight at the Wilderness, Camp Gray, the Sundara Spa expansion, and most recently, the Mt Olympus slidewheel and indoor waterpark addition. After the success of an employee housing project for a major resort customer here in WI Dells, they asked us to follow them to Pigeon Forge, TN with a similar project. That led us opening an office in Tennessee and expanding our commercial building business. Since then, we have continued to grow and are now building in several states.
