Civil engineer Salatiel Leite is a highly qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in metal, reinforced concrete, and wood structures. In addition, he has extensive expertise in Real Estate Development, Land Acquisition, Planning, and large Projects in the Brazilian real estate market.

With fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Salatiel has proven skills in managing people and subcontractors for viable problem-solving solutions. His great leadership ability is evidenced in the assembly of multidisciplinary teams focused on resolving internal and external problems involving departments, suppliers, partners, and customers.

Furthermore, Salatiel is an expert in searching for new contractors and suppliers and conducting negotiations with existing contractors and suppliers, making him a high-performing professional in managing large projects.

In terms of quality management, Salatiel stands out for implementing and managing the entire quality process (ISO9001) certified by an external certification body, SAS. He is also responsible for developing the resource and investment plan to improve the quality management system and for developing the critical analysis, verification, and validation system for each discipline, allowing for perfect interaction between all areas of the project, including architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and environmental.

As the founder and owner of GG Renovation, Salatiel Leite established his company in 2015, initially as a specialized drywall, painting, and tile service company. However, over time, he focused on commercial work, acting as an intermediary between skilled workers and construction companies in need of labor. With the help of Evandro Filgueiras, a local project manager, they envisioned a brand-new business, specializing in general interior remodeling and general construction.

Salatiel and Evandro visualized a company that could offer a true customer-centric experience at every step of the process, from the first estimate to project delivery and beyond. They believe there is a real deficiency in this market in terms of quality work and good customer service.
