Started as a small “garage ran” business, Owner Kellen Toop saw a market for small engine repair services. Being on a “Ridge” outside of New Windsor, Maryland at the time, he needed a creative name for his business. Hence Windsor Ridge Enterprises, LLC was born!

Since 2014, the focus and ambition kept growing, so fast forward to present day; Windsor Ridge still offers small engine and equipment repair, but mainly focuses on Transportation of construction material, professional and fair Welding / Fabrication Services!

We currently have 2 trucks that can be at your service at the drop of a hat. Our mobile welding rates are governed by the current market, and logistic complexity of the job. Our services include (but not limited to) Trucks, Trailers, Equipment, and almost anything in between!We offer heavy, medium and light duty hauling services. Our main scope of practice is bulk cement, but we also haul equipment as well! Let us know how we can help to keep you moving.
