Scope Of Work
Construction of a new 63,450 SF, 2-story clinic attached to the existing 2-story hospital as well as a 28,900 SF in-patient hospital addition. This project requires completion in multiple phases, as the new clinic must be complete before the hospital addition begins. Once the clinic is operational, the old clinic will be demolished to allow space for the hospital addition. Throughout construction, we have had to keep all existing areas of the clinic and hospital operational. Particular attention was given to the scheduling of work in the connection points as well as the relocation of site utilities to minimize impact on Pipestone County Medical Center.
