Joe has been in the construction industry since 2012 learning the
trades as a carpenter. Several years of working hands on in the field
produced a passion for building, a blue-collar work ethic, an eye for
attention to detail and feasibility of construction.
Joe has always been known as a self-starter, proactive in due
diligence, always finding solutions, never settling for the short cuts
– instead always doing the right thing, and looking for the next big challenge.
Joe has managed over $100 million of construction in roles as project
superintendent, project manager, and owner’s representative.
Joe’s growth mindset and passion to build led him to start Arete
Construction Management in 2020, where he produces the same quality of
construction he has in his past endeavors for clients across the industry.
The word Arete best resembles Joe’s personality. It is of Greek
origin and means excellence or virtue.
The Arete of something is the highest quality state something can reach.
Arete can be used as a principle for life and business, which means
being focused on the highest quality of everything you do and experience.
