Scope Of Work
This 55,000 sq. ft. apartment project includes 7 residential buildings that are fully occupied. The apartments had been leaking for almost a year before the complex came under new ownership. Carlos Ortiz, the new owner and manager, contacted CES Commercial Roofing to ask for a recommendation to solve the leak issues.
After the initial inspection, Jim from CES Commercial Roofing recommended tearing off the existing roofing system down to the original concrete decking, and then installing a monolithic, seamless roofing system using spray polyurethane foam and a high-solid elastomeric coating.
The project commenced on December 27th, 2017 and was completed February 6th, 2018.
