The new roofing for this 13 building, 78,000 sq. ft. apartment complex was completed in December 2017 by CES Commercial Roofing. The owner, William Sultenfuss, contacted us for a roofing estimate when several apartment buildings started leaking. The roofs had been poorly maintained over 20 plus years and required complete replacement.
The project began with complete removal the roofing system on each of the 13 apartment buildings. Each building was re-roofed with a tapered spray polyurethane foam and 96% high-solid silicone elastomeric coating system. The entire project was completed in 55 days and passed all required inspections for both warranty and the City of Tampa.
