Scope Of Work
This project included 25 individual apartment buildings located in Jacksonville, Florida with a total roof area of 126,000 square feet. Each roof was covered with a modified bitumen roof covering.
The scope of work included:
power washing all 25 buildings
sealing every lap seam with a silicone elastomeric
installing spray polyurethane foam around pipe penetrations, depressed areas holding ponding water, and all other penetrations needing additional waterproofing
spray applying a final top coat with 45 dry mils of “white” silicone elastomeric (96% high-solid)
Apartment Complex Roof After
The project commenced on February 06, 2017 and was completed on March 30th, 2017. The 20 year warranty for this project includes a full system, labor and material warranty that is transferable.
