Scope Of Work

This project is a very unique metal panel covering restoration project in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The roof is an oval shaped metal panel nearly 16,000 sq. ft. with a few dozen skylights. We power washed the entire roof system and then we spray foamed select areas of the ridge and around skylights to completely seal in the roof. After changing out a skylight panel with a new one, we individually sealed every lap seam and fastener on the entire roof for additional waterproofing protection. The final top coat application was 2.0 gallons per square of high-solid, 96% solid “white” silicone elastomeric for a complete monolithic and seamless waterproofing system that carries a 10 year labor and material warranty.
