Scope Of Work
Removal of 3 walls for an open floorplan look, reroute plumbing from upstairs bathroom and electrical from 3 walls,fabricate and install cabinets with white shaker doors, black granit countertop and grey subway tile backsplash. hand made natural wood counter top plus 3 shelves. Removed popcorn ceiling went with a smooth level 5 finish for the ceiling. Installed 16 LED highhats and 2 pendant lights on independent dimmer switches.
