Scope Of Work
Named in honor of Wilma Rudolph, the first female track athlete to win three gold medals in one Olympiad, this six-story campus residence hall was built for upper-class and graduate women. The residence hall houses 440 students and features a central courtyard, as well as public use areas for social activities, study and dining.
Curving architectural forms give the building a modern look and traditional brick and stone were chosen to complement existing campus buildings. Study lounges on each residence floor are located in curved glass spaces that provide natural light and views. The project included site improvements as well as support services for dining and laundry facilities.
BELL served as the Construction Manager for the project.
