Founded in 2006, by Joe and Lorianne Picataggi, MLJ is a full-service painting company, specializing in luxury high-rise buildings and commercial structures throughout the New York Tri-State area. MLJ Painting offers a wide range of services including painting, wallcovering installation, plastering, and epoxy finishes. For over 15 years, MLJ Painting Corp. has been able to provide top-quality finishing surface projects on schedule and within budget. MLJ Painting Corp. takes pride in their ability to provide reliable and affordable services to every single customer and client without sacrificing high quality workmanship.

Currently, we have over 60 full-time employees working on a multitude of projects in the New York Tri-State area. Our project résumé and clientele list speak for themselves. From business offices and apartment buildings to hospitals and universities; from five-star hotels to retail establishments, MLJ’s knowledge of coatings and foresight on new technological advances has placed us in the vanguard of the painting industry. MLJ has painted over 5,000 residential units and is one of the largest and most well-respected non-union painting contractors in the New York Metropolitan area.
