Scope Of Work

SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide insurance and help obtain NYC building permits.
Furnish and install floor and wall protection as needed.
Large 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Demo existing doors and door’s frames.  windowsills, baseboards, flooring to expose beam, all bathrooms, and Kitchen cabinets.
Furnish and install new piping as per plan or all piping in the apartment except risers.
Level entire apartment floor.
Sister joists as needed. But if it exceeds more than 2 then it will be a change order. New joist will not be included if need be changed.
Furnish and install insulations and fire stop all fire walls.
Furnish and install new framings as per plan with layout approval by owner first.
Furnish and install new doors for all closets and rooms. 
Furnish and install new granite windowsills.
Furnish and install new kitchen cabinets.
Furnish and install new wood flooring.
Furnish and install new kitchen countertop and back splash.
Furnish and install new shower pan, shower glass door, shower body, sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, tiles, lightings, in bathroom.
Furnish and install electrical outlets, switches, and receptacles.
Furnish and install new baseboards in entire apartment.
Furnish and install new radiators as needed.
Tape, spackle, prime and paint entire apartment.
Install and connect new kitchen appliances, wine cooler, etc.
