Scope Of Work
SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide Licenses, certifications and insurance. Help obtain NYC building permit.
Remove existing windows and replace new windows.
Electrical permit. And plumbing Permit.
Level entire apartment floor.
Cap off existing nonuse plumbing pipes. And install new plumbing roughing.
Furnish and install Mouldings.
Furnish and install new wood flooring, underlayment, sanding, and polished.
Plumbing roughing & fixtures. closet, doors & hardware, tiles, shower pan or tub,medicine cabinets, sink, faucet, vanity lights, toilet, and kitchen cabinets.
Furnish and install granite countertop with back splash.
Furnish and install electrical outlets, switches, and receptacles.
Install and connect new kitchen appliances, wine cooler, washer/dryer etc.
Furnish and install new shower pan with shower glass door.
Relocate all hot & coldwater piping, vent pipes, and gas pipes.
