Scope Of Work

Scope of work listed below
Demolition
Wall between living room and kitchen.
Closet near the new bathroom.
Both bedroom closets.

Electrical Work
Supply and rewire entire apartment, relocate and upgrade electrical panel (as allowed by building regulations)
Construct two wall lights and drop soffits lighting along one wall (TBD) per bedroom and lighting at new powder room
Supply power back into kitchen, install switches and GFI outlets.

Plumbing Work
Supply and Install new sink, sink faucet and plumbing under sink in both bathroom AND kitchen.
Supply and install new toilet in both bathroom and new bathtub.
Supply and install new water drain pipes for toilet, sink in the new bathroom. 
Install water supply to toilets, bathtub and sinks in both bathroom and kitchen.
Install new hot and cold water supply to sink, toilet at new bathroom.
Install new washer water supply and drain pipe in kitchen.

New bathroom
Construct and supply new wet wall for enclose plumbing supply to new bathroom
Supply and install floor tiles and wall tiles
Supply and apply 1 coat laticrete water proofing in wet areas.
Grout and seal all tile work. 

Bathroom
Remove existing wall and floor tiles, all fixtures, sink, toilet, bathtub 
Supply and install new tiles on floor and entire wall, lights, mirror, toilet, tub (kohler enamel iron cast)
Supply and apply 1 coat laticrete water proof on entire floor.
Construct new wet walls after all plumbing work completed
Gout and seal all tiles work

Kitchen
 Remove existing cabinets, sink, stove, all tiles, fridge, all fixtures
Supply and install new kitchen base and wall cabinets, new backsplash tiles, countertops  (Caesarstone or Quartz), open kitchen countertop with island (Caesarstone or Quartz).
 Apply 1 coat laticrete of water proof throughout the kitchen, gout and seal all tile work.

General
 Supply and install base molding .
Paint entire wall and ceiling with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finishing paint.
Furnish and install new coat closet and sliding doors.
Construct new closet along the master bedroom wall facing the bed with bifolding doors, shelves and metal rods.
Furnish and install new kids bedroom closet with sliding doors, shelves and metal rod.
All plumbing and electrical permits are included
Mounting wall items.
