Mid-Cal Constructors, Inc. is a general contracting company that was established in 1991 by partners Mike Paris and Kevin Collins. Along with a diversified group of construction professionals, Scott Paris and Brent Collins (Mike and Kevin’s sons) are also part of the Mid-Cal team.
