Jeff Gray's Bio
Jeff launched his career in the Navy in 2004 and quickly promoted several times. He achieved the rank of Operations Specialist 2nd Class and was assigned to the USS George Washington and Beachmaster Unit Two before transitioning back to the civilian world in 2008. Jeff then enrolled at Arizona State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning & Geography, followed by a master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems. For several years after graduation, Jeff worked in the GeoScience industry, acquiring seismic data for energy companies. Peter approached Jeff in 2016 with the opportunity to open a roofing company in Denver, Colorado, and the rest, as they say, is history. In his free time, Jeff likes to play hockey and golf, ski, and spend time with his family and three dogs.

Don Schunk's Bio
Don was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended Christian Brother’s College for high school. Thereafter, he attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he received a degree in Biology. Following graduation, Don’s entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to open a landscape design company back home in St. Louis, which he owned and operated for 11 years. He found himself missing the state of his alma mater, thus prompting Don to move back to Colorado in 2017, where he worked as a HAAG-certified third party commercial and residential roofing inspector for three years. His experience and amiable persona allowed for an easy transition into the sales side of the roofing industry, where he began his career with Lifetime Roof & Solar in early 2020 as the Sales Manager for the Colorado Springs office. He lives in Woodland Park, Colorado with his wife and four children.
Elena Ward's Bio
Elena is a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Denver (DU) who holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish. Elena landed in the insurance/restoration field post-graduation and has remained here ever since. Her varied background includes experience as a USAA property claims adjuster, a restoration project coordinator, and an HR/Office Manager. This unique skillset and industry experience, combined with her acumen for problem-solving, her customer service skills, and her connections within the Colorado community, have allowed her to rise quickly and prominently within the restoration and construction industries. In her free time, she enjoys fitness activities and exploring Colorado mountain towns.
Joel Massie's Bio
Originally from Moab, UT, Joel has called Colorado home for the past 13 years. He has been part of the Lifetime Roof & Solar family as a Project Manager since 2018, where he works directly with homeowners and installation crews in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas. Joel’s background in construction and customer service is extensive; he has led projects in stonemasonry, log cabin building, and home renovations, and he also spent 11 years as a service manager specializing in windows and sunrooms. An outdoorsman at heart, Joel is an accomplished snowboarder, skateboarder, and a former river guide. His varied hobbies include fishing, art, cruising in his classic VW Bug, working as a movie industry tech, and traveling with his family.

Audrey Congleton's Bio
After attending Cherry Creek high school in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Audrey obtained her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Communications and Tourism Management. Over the past 12 years, Audrey has had the unique opportunity to hold many positions in the city and regional publishing industries. Her varied experience includes Special Event Coordinator, Accounting and Circulation Assistant, and Audience Development Director. Her aptitude and enthusiasm in her field created a demand for her skillset, thus leading her to work for Phoenix Magazine, Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine, 5280 Magazine, 5280 Home and Colorado Parent Magazine.
