Chad W. Scott's Bio
Mr. Scott is veteran-majority owner, CEO and President of Nordic Group, Inc. He manages the firm’s overall resources and operations and makes critical decisions that affect the day-to-day functions of the business. Mr. Scott oversees budgeting of resources, safety, project estimates, sales, marketing, and routinely reviews the profitability of projects to ensure business objectives are being met. He is responsible for all construction services that includes building, marine, and civil groups, both topside and underwater. His history in construction extends back to his youth where he was involved in residential and commercial construction projects from a very young age. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Scott has been involved in the project management and construction industry completing varying size projects throughout the United States. Mr. Scotts specialty certifications as a commercial hard hat diver began his path of ownership creating Nordic Underwater Services. His knowledge of marine structures, dams and bridges launched his career in underwater concrete, welding, and specialty composite repairs. Mr. Scott has been a leader in the industry testing, developing, and installing new underwater products to repair our severely decaying infrastructure. After years of performing underwater construction only, Nordic Underwater Services, Inc. has now expanded and is doing business as (dba) Nordic Group, Inc. Nordic has added additional marine, building, and civil works construction services associated with the marine industry. Mr. Scott is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged after eight years of service to his country.
Craig A. Jouppi's Bio
As a minority owner, Mr. Jouppi serves as Nordic Group, Inc.’s Vice-President. With over 20 years of construction experience, he leads the estimating and planning for the building segment of Nordic Group. He creates and implements timelines and schedules for initial project start up, evaluates risk, and holds his team accountable for meeting agreed upon budgets and timelines. Mr. Jouppi collaborates with project managers to develop all majority subcontractor and material bids, while directing construction building projects from beginning to final completion. Mr. Jouppi also leads our design build services for the building projects. To save cost, time and to best serve our clients, Mr. Jouppi works with key clients to give turnkey solutions for their building needs. Mr. Jouppi is responsible for ensuring all building projects meet their deadlines, goals and clients receive great services and a quality product. Mr. Jouppi also assists with streamlining bidding, financial analysis of complete projects, insurance assessments and reporting processes to ensure staff are working at peak efficiency and Nordic is successful in bidding projects.

Steve Foster's Bio
Mr. Foster has approximately 10 years of land surveying/civil engineering technical work and over 20 years of civil, marine, and industrial construction experience. Steve has been a project manager for NORDIC since its inception in 2012 and has been involved as a manager on multiple projects that included site design and oversight, permitting, surveys & construction staking, estimating, crew coordination, procurement and serving as the liaison between Nordic and its clients.

Aaron Young's Bio
Mr. Young served eight years active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Navy Diver. Aaron utilizes his skill learned in the Navy to uphold the highest levels of safety for our construction and marine diving groups. Mr. Young ensures a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for the employees, clients, and others on company and/or client property. He is committed to training employees on the importance of health and safety which, in turn, protects the company and client, ensures efficient operations, and meets any specific requirements a customer may have. Aaron ensures all jobs are OSHA compliant. He maintains and tracks employee training certificates and oversees Nordic's drug, alcohol, and contraband policy.

Mr. Lindberg has been a Superintendent for Nordic Group since 2020 and has been involved in coordinating multiple complex projects that include, estimating, site and crew coordination, material purchasing, project reporting, client meetings and acting as an onsite contact between Nordic and Clients.
