For you new construction, or greenfield/brownfield site owners, we can handle the general contractor requirements, work under a bid-type project or negotiated project, or work as a subcontractor providing our company labor, not some random general contractor markup.

For you “new to you” property owners, we provide a soup to nuts transformation, whether you are performing your interim renovation, major renovation, owner-change renovation, or brand-change renovation. Your renovation project can be in a fully-operative hotel, no worries. Your new lobby or focal point has become the beating heart of “your hotel’s" experience and guarantees the warm, inviting ambiance in the hotel. The eatery, breakfast nook, or restaurant have become a gathering spot for families and business meetings; guests look forward to staying at your property. The rooms are completely gutted and equipped with a new, modern, clean interior. In addition, the bathrooms have been completely renovated and equipped with a luxurious walk-in shower or cozy renovated tub space. Your guests feel relaxed and well rested in your fresh property and feel a strong desire to leave a well-deserved high guest score.

Over the careers of the owners, multiple renovations and conversions have been directed. This experience has enabled them to become very knowledgeable with all the major hotel brands and become consultants to owners needing assistance on many fronts such as one-off pieces, importing case goods, solving brand versus local ordinance issues, and the ever-important property improvement plan (PIP) negotiation. The owners will help you with life cycle planning of your property, something many contractors overlook.
