Scope Of Work
CHALLENGE:Remove failing Vinyl Ester lining that was exposing tanks to corrosion from waste treatment processSOLUTION:Apply corrosion resistant elastomeric polyurethane liningPROCESS:Wet sandblast tanks to SP-10/NACE No. 2 Near White Metal including removal of soluble salts and nitrates. Spray apply 125 mils of polyurethane followed by Holiday/Spark testing to ensure a pinhole free lining.
