UNIVERSAL SERVICES, project came out of  over 15 years of demolition experience working for L.V.I  SERVICES  now  know as NORTH STAR DEMOLITION acquiring tremendous experience on the mining industry in witch such ambient, safety procedures and mentality are key, in order to successfully accomplish even the simplest task. lets not forget the more than extensive  experience on commercial demolition working on project such as ,UNITED AIRLINES TRAINING FACILITY CENTER. working elbow to  elbow with MORTENSON CONSTRUCTION. even thoth we are a relative medium size company we have big potential. one of the big qualities at UNIVERSAL is housekeeping reason being most of the accidents occur on a messy jobsite therefor at UNIVERSAL  we make a clean work space a priority.  PUNCTUAL one of underestimated  qualities by newer generation in witch wew take pride on being a PUNCTUAL  company.
