Scope Of Work
The NSHB is a state-of the-art 5-story science building for Berea College. The 125,000 sq. ft. facility
consists of a mix of classrooms and laboratory spaces. Green Mechanical selected Ayoroa Simmons to
provide BIM spatial coordination services for the plumbing systems throughout. The plumbing coordination
included 3 mechanical rooms; a penthouse mechanical room; more than 25,800 linear feet of horizontal
pipe; 10,000 linear feet of vertical pipe and over 10,000 hangers.
