Westchester Marriott is a high-end hotel and conference center serving business and recreational travelers in the “Platinum Mile” in Westchester NY.  in historic Tarrytown and close to Westchester  White Plains Airport, the hotel grounds encompass multiple entryways and walkways, large parking areas separated by turfed islands, and well- trees and shrubs.

Winter snow and ice care is critical to all . A&D Service Group has built a reputation for its attention to the safety and sustainability of all properties it cares for. At Marriott, A&D maintains 24/7 coverage. We pre-treat walkways and roadways with a calcium/salt/ brine mixture before winter storms hit. We clean away ice as it forms and remove snow at every inch of snowfall. All de-icing, shoveling, walkway treatment, and plowing equipment remain on site to be constantly at call.

A&D Service Group pays careful attention to ensuring the safety of all hotel guests as they enter and leave the property. Year-round maintenance includes general landscaping, lawn and tree care, mulching, maintaining beds, providing seasonal color, and ensuring complete snow and ice removal.
