A&D Service Group is an important partner to Avalon Green’s management team at the Elmsford location. Services include rear-round maintenance of plantings, walkways, patios, roadways and parking lots, and 24/7 snow removal and storm care.
Keeping this showcase complex in top shape is an ongoing partnership, according to Anthony Santangelo, principal at A&D Service Group.

“We work closely with the property managers at Avalon to keep them informed of any safety, water, hardscape, or landscape issues needing discussion,” he said. “We know that our job is to continually earn their trust, not only that we’ll do all of our regular work to perfection, but to make sure that we always stay a step ahead of anything that may be arising.”
