President and Head Horticulturist, David Welsh, obtained a Bachelors of Science specializing in horticulture from West Virginia University. David continues to attend educational seminars and conferences ensuring that Premier Outdoor is current with scientific knowledge and environmental awareness, above and beyond the company’s competition.
