Prior to owning CertaPro Painters of King of Prussia, John spent five
years as a contractor for the United States military managing global
inventory, logistics and fleet provisioning for the Marine Corp’s M31
program, aftermarket procurement support, Earned Value Management
budgeting and costing. His background includes another 7 years working
for a large distribution company in various leadership roles.
Responsibilities included managing customer operations, marketing and
selling services to prospective clients, facilitating 3rd party supply
chain relationships, hiring, training and leading staff.
When John joined the CertaPro family, one of his immediate goals was
to establish a sustainable, scalable business plan focused on
maximizing the customer’s experience while maintaining a reasonable
company ROI. It started by hiring individuals who share a similar
passion, motivation and assertiveness. Those same individuals helped
create and implement a number of best practices which has helped push
the franchise to almost 300% growth in just four years. The company’s
footprint now includes South Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
