Scope Of Work
This project included the interior and exterior renovation of the multi-use spaces of the historic Water Tower Building. Work was seamlessly coordinated with ownership while the facility was still in operation. Exterior renovation included site draining/retention, landscaping, façade restoration, and a new parking lot.
