Our years of experience in managing a variety of commercial construction project stages, industries, and services, has allowed S.A Make Ready to apply principals, skills, and business knowledge to design and structure our companies workflow procedures to ensure your job will be performed in the most professional manner, and in a timely fashion. Building started as a kid for Jennifer, watching her father  Reynold Gonzalez who could build a house from the ground up. After his passing she decided that she would " Pound the pavement" everyday just like her daddy. With Malcolm's father Meliven McNeal being a veteran ,and a  real estate broker, it made it easy for the work to start pouring in. The company name began as" S.A. MAKE READY SERVICES", but with a bigger dream and only 2 teammates we were determined to reach for more. One day at a commercial site Jennifer got offered a job, and that's when "COMMERCIAL/ RESIDENTIAL LIAISON" came about. This is not just a company that you are hiring to do a job,  we have personal experience on every job,and hands on is the best way!
