Our Story

ACE Innovative Networks provides VoIP and other Internet based services to SMBs and residential clients. We bring value to our customers through a feature-rich suite of services that are flexible enough to meet their individual needs, and ensured by proven reliability and solid support.

ACE Innovative Networks (formerly ACECAPE, Inc.) was founded in 1998 in New York City as a service provider looking to capitalize on the explosive growth of the Internet in the late 90's.

Our founders were driven by the entrepreneurial spirit and foresight into the future where Internet-based applications would play a vital role.

We were able to succeed where many of our competitors had failed. Very quickly we established reputation for quality, reliability and competent support – the reputation that we enjoy to this day.

Later, we expanded our services to include VoIP. Gradually, we became a one-stop shop for all telecommunication needs of small to mid-size businesses and non-profit organizations, while remaining competitive in the residential market.

2008 was a pivotal year in our history. After a corporate restructuring, we have embarked on an aggressive growth path. We relocated our headquarters back to New York City, upgraded our network and significantly expanded the scope of our services.

This 10-month long effort has culminated in the launch of our new corporate
and brand identity – ACE Innovative Networks – that truly reflects our essence.

We are excited about the opportunities ahead and would like to invite our current and future customers, as well as our partners, to accompany us on this exciting journey.
