Scope Of Work
Ingersoll Rand contracted Chapple Design Build to be the general contractor for Heritage middle school to erect a 4,200 sq. ft. maintenance building. The building included 3 overhead doors to a garage, storage space, maintenance rooms, an office, and a tool room.
