New Construction - This new multifamily development for Aspire at East Beach in Norfolk, VA consists of 132 units for rent in one building and a parking podium. All units will be restricted to residents aged 62 and older. Indoor amenities consist of a club lounge, indoor swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, business-computer center, media room and additional storage units. The project will be designed to meet HUD 231 program requirements.
