SF Construction Inc. owner Scott Falcone literally grew up in the construction business -
his dad owned a commercial construction company - and he was helping out on jobsites almost as soon as he could hold a broom or a shovel. Scott brings more than 15 years' experience of ground-up training in every aspect of construction to S.F. Inc.

A master at scheduling, Scott honed his coordination and management skills on such complex commercial projects as the main concourse at D.I.A. and the Pepsi Center, and on such challenging assignments as building 13 emission centers throughout Colorado simultaneously. Thus his company is able to provide the two rarest qualities in residential contracting: on-schedule completion and utter reliability.
