Scope Of Work
The project at The Lucky Well is located at the Shops at Valley Square in Warrington, PA. It began as the former Carmel Kitchen, who occupied the space until 2017.
Beginning with complete demolition of the space, which remained untouched from the previous owner, until only the exterior walls were remaining. A new outside seating area was added, where we installed a new store front entrance and a 19’ wide by 12’ high functioning garage door.
The interior was divided into the main dining area and a private event room, designated as ‘The Barn’, which is a trademark of The Lucky Well brand. The dining area includes a redesigned bar area, booth seating and a stage which will soon be the venue for local Blues musicians. Interior finishes include locally sourced reclaimed materials, polished concrete floors, new tile, antiqued mirrors and a myriad of reclaimed lighting, which will offer just the right ambiance to enjoy mouthwatering southern Bar-B-Que.
