Bill Humphrey is the owner of W.E.Humphrey Holdings, LLC, dba Surface Landscaping. Bill's team of professionals provide a full range of commercial lawn and landscaping services for customers in central Indiana. The Surface Team can install small and large landscape, flowers, trees, hardscapes, and designed irrigation systems. His teams also provides landscape maintenance after installation and winter services for our clients. Bill has over 25 year's experience in golf course management & construction experience, subdivision design & construction, and residential (home) construction. He is a graduate of Purdue University.
Bill Humphrey is also the President of Greek Life Services & Consulting. Greek Life Services. Greek Life Services was created to help undergraduate Greek chapters, alumni board, and collegiate housing corporations with commercial property management, financial management and food service (catering). Many of the Greek properties he works with use Surface Landscaping for mowing, landscape maintenance and updates, concrete work, irrigation system repairs, and snow and ice removal during the winter months.
Bill is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker and has been involved with commercial property management for over 20 years. He also holds an Indiana Nursery Dealers license for work associated with Surface Landscaping. Both companies are insured through Erie Insurance. Bill's operations manager, Wes Miller, has many years of residential and commercial lawn and landscape experience.
