Scope Of Work
Levittown Town Center is a ground-up redevelopment launched on the site of the former Levittown Shopping Center in Bucks , Pennsylvania. Levittown Town Center was once the largest shopping center east of the Mississippi River. To prepare the site, management carried out asbestos abatement on over 500,000 square feet of space, removed 37 underground storage tanks and completed the environmental remediation of the entire 60-acre property.
