Scope Of Work
DePaul and Company completed the Highway Occupancy Permit work for DLC Management Corp. The HOP scope of work included concrete paving on RT 13 (Bristol Pike), for traffic signals installation, and storm sewer relocation and renovation.
Improvements were necessary to accommodate the traffic flow into Levittown Town Center. All improvement were specified and executed to meet PennDOT modern highway standards.
When completed the Levittown Town Center owned by DLC Management Corp will be anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter, Home Depot Ross Dress For Less, Famous Footwear, Dollar Tree and Advanced Auto Parts.
