Scope Of Work

Asian Terrace is a modern Asian fusion restaurant located in Bayside, NY. This restaurant was previously a gutted restaurant within the Bay Terrace Shopping Center and was a complete design-build project. GTX Construction performed the following items: Installation of a floor-to-ceiling water fountain feature with built-in LED and mylar  Installation of 5’ Wasco circular sky dome skylight  Turnkey project including design/drawing layout, roof reframing, installation of skylight and re-sealing roof around skylight Roof replacement of 500square feet at restaurant, turnkey project including: Resealing base flashing around curb adapter for new A/C unit nearest to front entrance of restaurant and newly installed skylight located above main bar Sloped insulation, roof cement, Firestone modified bitumen roofing system w/seal (inter-ply membrane + cap sheet), cant stripping where necessary around perimeter   ?Patching hole in roof where old roof drainage pipe was located, then re-roofing and sealing around location of new roof drain ?Insulation board, roof cement, cant stripping where necessary around perimeter, Firestone modified bitumen roofing system as described above Creation of custom bar and sushi bar areas, along with custom bar tops and painted murals Creation of the custom epoxy flooring patterns and colors
