Scope Of Work
The Scope of this project was to rehabilitate approx 700 LF of 6" Terra-Cotta Sewer Main that was located throughout the parking lot of the Stanley B&D World Headquarters located in Towson, MD.
The biggest challenge of this project was that the cafeteria had been constructed over a portion of the Sanitary Sewer Line, while rehabilitating this segment of pipe we had to invert our liner through a manhole that was unaccessible. This was a challenge because there was no way of monitoring the liner passing through the buried manhole and could have easily deflected out of the invert of the pipe.
To overcome this challenge, The technicians at Tri-County Drain installed a custom pull rope into the liner to slowly guide the liner into the direction it was required to go.
The project was a complete success. 700 LF of 6 inch Sanitary Sewer was rehabilitated without any need of shutting down any operation and without any excavation!
