Scope Of Work
450 Suydam needed a full structural reinforcement. We patched and repaired the foundation walls where needed. We poured a new concrete slab in the basement that ran the length of the building. We installed sheetrock throughout the entire basement as well as windows and overhead lighting. We also fully renovated the rear first floor apartment installing stainless steel appliances and finished hardwood floors throughout.
