Scope Of Work

Big-D Construction was selected to remodel the existing west entry at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. This project included both interior and exterior renovations. The site modifications consisted of replacing the exterior slab-on-grade sidewalk with a new snowmelt system.

The building remodel included removing the existing entry doors and glass entry system at the west entry and replacing it with new aluminum framed curtain wall and storefront vestibule with automatic entry doors; modifications to fire sprinkler system; mechanical system upgrades; adjustments to the ceilings; replacement of metal column covers; and replacement of floor coverings at the hospital.
