Scope Of Work
The project involved a complete renovation of a 35,000 square-foot second floor office space at 112 Worcester Park 9 in Wellesley, yielding conference rooms, an expansive lobby for guest, an employee café, technology rooms for video conferencing, private offices and workstations. A complete HVAC upgrade, new ceiling tiles and grid, carpeting, marble flooring, and light fixtures completed the project. Acella also updated the sprinkler system and controls for the suite.
