Scope Of Work
Rancho Mirage is a 55+ community located in Rancho Mirage, California. The RCS team supported with the planning and construction of the new Sales Center, Gatehouse and clubhouse.
The Gatehouse consists of a restroom and workspace for two fulltime guards and is the entry point to this new community.
The clubhouse project was a new 20,000 sq ft building that was intended to be the heart of the new community. It includes a reception area, conference, event, and social rooms, billiards room, golf simulator, wine room, fitness center including an aerobics room, and locker room with restrooms. The outdoor space included two pools, a putting green, spa, eight pickle ball courts, four tennis courts, and two bocce ball courts.
