Scope Of Work
The Dialogue is a unique, Michelin starred fine dining experience located on the Santa Monica Third Street Promenade, a popular pedestrian open-air mall esplanade. Known for its intimate atmosphere and widely acclaimed food, it offers a 21-course tasting menu.
The tenant improvement involved renovating the
700 sq ft space to create a 18-seat fine dining restaurant. The project scope included new scullery, prep kitchen, front of house kitchen, and dining room.
