Scope Of Work
Buena Vida is a 55+ community located in Brea, California. The RCS-CM team supported with planning and construction of the clubhouse and pool equipment building for the community.
The clubhouse included a great room, ball room, kitchen, fitness center, billiards room, locker room and restrooms. The pool equipment building included space for all pool chemicals, equipment, and outdoor showers for the community using the pool. In addition, the project consisted of a 3500 sq ft pool and 120 sq ft spa for the community to enjoy.
